Month one is guaranteed: if after your first month you don't know exactly where your business stands and what to do next, tell us within two weeks and it's refunded in full. And if we miss a walkthrough with the team and can't make it up the same week, tell us and that month is refunded. Both are in the agreement, in writing.

Can I add to a plan?
Yes, from your plan's page, whenever you like. Each one starts with your plan's next check: ten more points on your map, $5 a month; room for five more searches you name, $19 a month; one more AI question, $2 a month; five more competitors checked every day, $19 a month (one pack on Starter). Cancel any of them in Manage billing.
What changes do you tell me about?
Every email says what moved since the last one: your rankings, your map spots, your listings, what AI says about you and your reviews; your competitors' reviews and ratings; and businesses that start or stop showing up in your area’s searches. We only tell you once checks on different days agree, so a one-day blip never lands in your inbox. See a sample report.
What is not included?
Running your ads or building your website. We check where you stand and tell you what to fix; the work stays yours. Each plan's column in the table says what it has; a dash means that plan does not include it.
How do I cancel?
Plans are month to month. To cancel, sign in and open Manage billing, or write to [email protected]; billing stops at the end of the month you have paid for. If you leave, ask and your history goes with you.
How does the credit work?
Buy a report now, and its price comes off your plan's first month if you start one within 30 days, from that report's link or while signed in, up to that month's price. The link we email you when you ask on the plan's form works too.
